What we collect

When you call, text, email or fill out a form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the job address, details about your plumbing problem, photos you attach, and your preferred time for an estimate visit.

How we use it

• To call or text you back about your request and schedule your estimate.
• To prepare your written quote and plan the work.
• To send appointment reminders and, if you hire us, invoices and receipts.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who sees it

Only our office staff and the crew assigned to your job. Form submissions pass through a form-delivery service so they can reach our inbox; that service stores them only to deliver them. If you choose a payment plan, the financing partner receives what's needed to process your application.

Photos

Photos you send us are used to quote and plan your job. We'll only use photos of your property in our gallery or on social media if you say it's okay first.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and insurance reasons. Requests that never become a job are deleted after 12 months.
