Slow sinks, a tub that won't drain, a basement floor drain backing up. We clear it with the right machine, then run a camera down the line so you know why it happened and whether it'll come back.

One flat price for the drain, quoted before we start. No extra line for the machine.
We check the fixtures and the cleanouts so we open the line in the right spot.
Hand auger for sinks, a cable machine for mains, hydro-jetting for grease and roots.
On main lines and repeat clogs we run a camera and send you the video.
We run water through every fixture on that line before calling it done.
Drop cloths and shoe covers, and the work area wiped down and dried.
If the line is broken or full of roots, we show you the footage and the options.
Store-bought drain cleaner eats old pipe and makes the line dangerous to open. Skip it and call us.

Not sure? Text us a video of it draining and we'll tell you.— Nate, owner and master plumber
When the tub, sink and toilet all gurgle, the main line is usually the problem.
Running the washer or flushing pushes water up somewhere else: the main is blocked.
A smell near drains can mean a dry trap, a cracked line or a bad vent.
Repeat clogs mean grease build-up, roots or a sag in the pipe. A camera shows which.
Most drains are cleared in one visit, usually in under an hour and a half.
Tell us which drains are slow and when it started. Same or next-day visits.

No. We clear lines mechanically, with an auger, cable machine or water jet. Chemicals damage old pipe and don't remove the cause.
A high-pressure water hose that scours the inside of the pipe clean. It's the best fix for grease and roots, not just a hole through the clog.
Yes. You can watch on the screen while we run it, and we send you the video afterward.
If it was a one-off, probably not. If the camera shows roots or a sag, we'll tell you and give you the options to fix it for good.
Nate or one of our plumbers looks at the job with you and writes the price down before starting.
