Found the drip? We'll find the leak.

A water stain on the ceiling, a higher water bill, a faucet that won't stop. We pinpoint the leak with meters and a thermal camera before cutting anything, then fix it and pressure-test the line.

Questions

Leak Repair questions

The things people ask us most about leak repair, answered straight.

Still have a question?

Talk to Nate directly. No call centers, no runaround.

(555) 016-4420
How do you find a leak without tearing up the wall?

A moisture meter, a thermal camera and a pressure test narrow it down to a spot. Then we make one small opening right there.

Will you patch the drywall?

We leave the opening clean and square. The patch is a separate line on the quote, so you can use your own painter.

Is it covered by insurance?

Sudden leaks usually are; slow ones often aren't. We write down the cause and send photos to help your claim.

How much does leak repair cost?

Most leaks cost $175 to $650, depending on where the pipe is. You get a flat price once we've found it.

Should I turn off the water?

If it's actively leaking, yes. Shut off the main or the valve under that fixture, then call us.
